Sessions typically last 90 minutes to 2 hours and are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the team’s needs. These sessions are a mix of guided discussions, exercises, and real-time problem-solving.
Team Development Plan:
Based on the initial assessment and goals, we’ll create a tailored development plan that outlines key areas of focus, milestones, and strategies to improve performance.
Real-Time Application:
Coaching sessions are practical and action-oriented, providing opportunities to immediately apply new skills and strategies in the team’s daily work.
