My self-development training approach is both structured and flexible, combining proven psychology research with personalised support to fit each teams’ unique paths.

Each workshop or program is tailored to meet your organisations’ specific needs, focusing on areas that matter most to you, such as conflict resolution, emotional intelligence or communication skills.
Practical Exercises and Tools:
Every session includes psychology based actionable tools, exercises and techniques that attendees can apply immediately in their life, reinforcing key concepts and building sustainable habits.

I emphasise developing a growth mindset and intrinsic motivation, helping attendees overcome challenges and remain dedicated to their self-development journey.

the process
Initial Assessment:
We’ll start with an introductory session to discuss your objectives and perform a self-assessment. This gives us a baseline to customize the training plan to fit your organisational needs.
Structured Sessions:
Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, 3 hours (half day), 6 hours (full day) or, as a program, for 5 half days/2.5 full days. Programs are offered over consecutive days or weeks, depending on your preference. Each session might include profiling tools, guided exercises, storytelling, games, discussions and real-life applications of the concepts covered.
Continuous Learning Materials:
Attendees can receive resources such as worksheets, reading materials and reflective exercises to deepen learning.
Goal Setting and Reflection:
Each session concludes with goal-setting and, for programs, we’ll reflect and delve into progress in each following session to reinforce growth.
Celebrating Successes:
Throughout sessions, we’ll acknowledge individual and group progress and achievements, reinforcing confidence and commitment to continuous improvement.
